Job descriptionFIELD SUPERINTENDENT – PV Plants JOB DESCRIPTION Our Client is one of the fastest developers and operators of solar photovoltaic power generating plants. From its operational basis in Rome, the Company is operating a winning team of professionals that are working across Italy and abroad, focusing on projects initiation, acquisition development and construction. In order to reinforce the team, our Client asked us to look for Field Superintendents (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical) THE COMPANY The company, dynamic and quickly growing, is offering a challenging and exceptional opportunity in an international environment for growth and development for the right candidate. THE POSITION Main duties and responsibilities: Technical Responsible on site for all issues related to its discipline (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical) Managing and coordinating the construction activities of solar photovoltaic power plants Managing relationships with local administrations, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers Ensure the accomplishment of all project tasks within the planned schedules, budget and allocated resources Provide accurate monthly job cost commitment report for active projects Oversight, manage and mentor the project team (human resources) Drive continuous improvement initiatives THE CANDIDATE The ideal candidate would have the following characteristics: Ö University degree in engineering, preferably within civil/electrical/mechanical engineeringÖ At least 5 years experience in construction site activitiesÖ At least 2 years experience in civil construction project managementÖ Experience within photovoltaic solar or eolic energy will be considered a plusÖ Command of MS Office tools, AutoCAD and other civil engineering software (MS Project)Ö Available to be displaced part of the time on site (Italy, abroad)Ö Fluent in Italian and English languages (speaking and writing)Ö Strong analytical and communication skillsÖ Proactive, flexible and able to adapt to dynamic and demanding environmentÖ Age around 30/35 yearsTHE LOCATION Rome - Italy.
