THE JOB POSITION

SAM is looking for Headhunters who has the ability to conquer part of the Italian market by offering real value and knowledge to our clients.

The main tasks are:

• to build up client relations in selected regions and business segments
• to handle search assignments from sale to successful completion
• to service and further develop own customer base
• to be a part of the team to continuing the development of SAM in Italy

All Partners and Headhunters in SAM work independently with responsibilities for own client base.

THE JOB LOCATION

We are looking for Headhunters to work in Eastern Italy, with headquarter in Vicenza.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Higher level of education combined with relevant business experience at management level or experience from the headhunting or executive search industry or solid experience from a human resource department in a large organisation
• Fluent Italian and English 
• Ability to work independently from home office but closely connected to Regional Team
• Strong sales capability and solid business network preferibly in services

The ideal candidate should demonstrate a successful managerial record from one of the following backgrounds:

• Energy (Renewables)
• Engineering/Construction
• Automotive
• Utilities
• Finance

CANDIDATE PERSONALITY 

• Ability to sell search assignments
• Good capacity to identify real needs and values for clients
• Open minded and constructive
• Hands-on doer with strong drive
• Solid IT know-how at user level
• Good communicator with a pleasant personality

EARNINGS

We demand high quality on our Headhunters and it is natural for us to reward well.

The Headhunter works as self-employed and obtains a fee for completed assignments with a possibility for in time to become Partner in one of our Region companies.
