From its operational basis in Rome, the Company is operating a winning team of professionals that are working across Italy and focusing on projects initiation, acquisition and development. In order to reinforce the team, our Client asked us to look for the future Italian Business Development Manager. The company, dynamic and quickly growing, is offering a challenging and exceptional opportunity in an international environment for growth and development for the right candidate. Main duties and responsibilities: Identify Project Opportunities* coordinating internal/external related resources Project Opportunities screening and evaluation Manage relationships with Public Authorities and Governmental institutions Deal negotiation and presentation to the investment committee Signing of the commercial agreement Achieve Company Business Development targets *Green fields, Developers and already on-going Projects - including projects on start-up and on production. Job location: The candidate will be based in Rome, Italy. Frequent travels - around Italy - will be required. The successful candidate: A candidate should demonstrate a successful managerial record from one of the following backgrounds:
Required skills: The ideal candidate would have the following characteristics: Ö Higher education (university degree or similar) Ö Very strong negotiation skills Ö Good understanding of financial modelling Ö Able to credibly speak with landowners to local and regional authorities Ö Experience within photovoltaic solar or eolic energy will be considered a plus Ö Hungry, ambitious, and capable of working independently to targets Ö Real go-getter with a high level of energy Ö Fluency in Italian and English (speaking and writing) Contact headhunter regarding this job |
